Overview
The Many Hands Project of 2010-2011 will be a major interior renovation of the Salvation Army of Fort Erie. This building requires cosmetic and structural changes to create useable space for this organization. This renovation of the food bank at Salvation Army in Fort Erie will include creating appropriate storage and kitchen facilities in order to better be able to serve their community. Through rejuvenating space which is currently unusable, the Salvation Army of Fort Erie hopes to eventually create a space in which they can develop youth programming. This renovations requires different skills, building materials and expertise to complete them successfully. Renovations will occur in between January and April. The success of this project depends on the generosity of sponsors, hopefully securing grants, the success of fundraising events run by the Event Management Students of Niagara College as well as the kindness of volunteers.
